By booking an appointment — whether in person, by phone, via WhatsApp, or through any online platform — the client expressly accepts the terms of this Policy. If the client is unable to attend, they must notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or modifications made with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to another available date, but will not qualify for any type of monetary refund under any circumstances. Cancellations or modifications made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as failure to attend the appointment without prior notice, will result in the full loss of the amount paid, with no right to rescheduling and no refund.
Prepaid treatments, packages, and vouchers are strictly non-refundable, personal, and non-transferable, with a standard validity of 6 months unless otherwise stated.
The clinic reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments for technical, medical, organisational, or safety reasons, including equipment breakdowns, maintenance, or servicing. In such cases, the appointment will be rescheduled to the earliest available date, or a voucher of equal value valid for 6 months will be provided. No monetary refund will be offered, as these circumstances do not prevent the correct future delivery of the treatment, but only require a change of date.
This Policy is permanently available on our website, at reception, and in the confirmation messages sent to clients.
